I'm sure anyone who has seen this movie will agree with me that one of the saddest scenes is when ellie dies. The relationship that was built in your head while you were watching it during the short montage will stay in your mind long after you leave the theater. I usually do some sort of Pixar Movie poster fan art, but this time I decided to do something different. Hope you like it!

What a great movie. I really enjoyed it. It sure brought a different sort of charm to the Pixar lineup. Very sad story but powerful. Good job on this!

Wow. I think I just got massively spoilered by your description here - I clicked not knowing it was a piece of "Up" fanart - so, y'know, thanks.

"Zebra-3, please respond," said a voice over the radio.
"Okay," said Hutch.
"Thanks," said the voice. "Transmission ends."

It's all very early in the film.

Fo real! :( It was definitely a sad scene, and done so right too.

Seriously bro, it inspired me to want to live a long life with a significant other (though I have been puttin' it off for the longest). *sigh* It would be nice to find an Ellie in my life...uh, anyways, it was a great film. Can't wait to see it again!

That entire scene reminds me of someone I miss very much. I teared up a bit during that entire intro.

I would do way more cartoon characters than I would Heath Ledgers.

It really was a great film. Pixar has another winner yet again.

I cried.
I blubbered and I am not afraid to admit it.
not at this part though...
I cried like a baby when he looked through the book after he gets in the fight with the kid at Paradise Falls..
when he finds their life's pictures in the book..
such a sad but good movie!
