The first in my series of drawing sessions, I need to see if this one is too long or if you want me to talk during it, and explian. Jeff Smith's Bone was suggested to me by a friend for the first topic.

Hey Brian, this is great. I think you could definitely add some commentary or write notes on it so that when it comes to working in the program, people know what your doing. You're using Photoshop right? Also, what pens are you using? Anyway, great job, love the pic, love to watch your process.

When you were filling in red, was that a mask, or just an arbitrary colour to fill a layer with?

Love it!!! Thanks for giving us an insight into how you work, it's much appreciated.

BTW, thanks for the introduction to 'Cake', I've just checked them out on iTunes and I think I'm gonna' have to download a few of their tracks now. Kudos to you! :D

This is good stuff! Some commentary would be cool, whether it's text or audio, but I think it's fine the way it is. It's always nice to see how other people work, even though I don't really like people watching how I work. Also, now I'll have that stupid song stuck in my head for the rest of the day.

Just a color to fill the layer for easy selection. It's just how I work :D

Ah grand. Masks highlight in red by default, and they're something I haven't gotten around to learning properly. Was hoping you might know a bit about them.

I use a magic wand and a select->expand->2px->Fill for mine. If you set up an action for it, you can save HOURS.
